Filed from caserun (INSERT URL HERE) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sf13 Steps to Reproduce: * Portal should be in Local Language * Click on Virtual Machines Tab * Select a VM * Check General tab in Details pane Actual results: It contains unlocalized properties that are meant to be localized, such as "Low" for priority, "1 (1 Socket(s), 1 Core(s) per Socket)" for number of CPU cores, and "Any HOst in Cluster" for Run On. Expected results: They should appear localized.
This is also applicable to General tab for "Pools" and "Templates", as well as User Portal (statistics in Basic View or General tab in Advanced view)

This is also applicable to General sub-tub in User Portal VM tab, Extended view.
Please note that these properties are already translated in Zanata. The same strings appear localized in other parts of UI, for example New/Edit VM windows.

Like all other localization issues that involve both a code change and translation update: solution should be tracked via two BZ items: (1) this bug: tracks the needed code change; this BZ cannot be verified, as the code change doesn't have an affect that the user can see -> marking this BZ as CodeChange, moving to VERIFIED. (2) Bug 959821: tracks the translation of the new localized English strings. Once Bug 959821 is moved to ON_QA, the original issue reported in comment #0 should be verified by QE.
