Description of problem:
With RHS-2.0-20130409.0 and earlier build IPv6 inet address is getting assigned. We should disable this since NLM locking cannot handle IPv6. Till this is sorted out, performing an explicit ipv6 disable does
seem desirable.

RHS-2.0-20130409.0 and earlier.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ISO.
2. Deselect IPv6 during netconfig
3. reboot post install
4. Check ifconfig
  
Actual results: "ifconfig" has inet6 address.


Expected results: inet6 address should be disabled during boot.
