Description of problem:

When choose a VM from a pool that has some VM's prestarted and press the "play" icon the portal gives you a message that VM is ready, but does not allow you to start a spice session. Refreshing the web page helps.

How reproducible:
80%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new VM pool of 4 VMs.
2. Configure the pool to have two VMs prestarted.
3. Assign the user role for you user (can be admin)
4. Wait until the VMs are fully started
5. Log on the user portal (do not use auto connect)
6. switch to the basic view
7. Click play on the pool
8) The icons shows "VM is ready", but the icon stays grey

9) if the icon allows you to open then console then press "stop" icon and start it again.


Actual results:
The icon is grey and does not allow to start the spice session.

Expected results:
The icon allows to open the spice session

Additional info:
Please see the attached screenshots. It shows userportal and the admin portal at the same time when the issue occurs.

The test was done without operation system installed on the guest.

Hi,

I am not sure how long the period is, but I waited about one minute and I did not get the console. one minute is really long time as I missed the booting sequence. Shouldn't this happen just after the qemu process is up?
