I'm quite sure that I added that text, but I can't think of any other pages to link to so I think this can be removed. The section titled "Offline Translation of .po Files Not Supported" is out of date - offline translation of .po files is now supported using 'offlinepo' project type. The easiest way to do this is to navigate to a project-version on the website, view the documents page for the locale that you want to translate, then download a zip or config file from that page - these will automatically have the project type set to 'offlinepo', which will work with the java-cli client or the maven plugin.
