Fixed In Version: Doc Type: Bug Fix
Doc Text:
Previously, VDSM failed to decode the application list if the name of an application contained a non-ASCII character in the name of the guest. This caused guest names to be reported wrongly by rhevm-guest-tools. Filtering of invalid characters for XML documents is now no longer performed on unicode strings, but on encoded UTF-8 strings. VDSM now correctly decodes the application list and non-ASCII characters in the names of guests are no longer incorrectly displayed.
