Description of problem:

optional-debuginfo is not to the list of repos when a
distro is imported.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

0.12

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a RHEL6 distro that has optional-debuginfo
2. import distro
3. Check distro on beaker
  
Actual results:

optional-debuginfo is not listed

Expected results:

When it exists on disk, it should be imported

The directory for the optional-debuginfo repo was off by one parent directory. The fact that I had built the test compose layout to accommodate this non existent directory didn't help...
