Description of problem:
With IE 9, I can use the 64-bit browser to download the 64-bit mingw-virt-viewer. When I install the 64-bit version from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36806 the file is IE10-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe, when the SpiceX and SpiceX.cab, are installed, it is not the 64 bit version.
