Description of problem:
One of the nicest facilities of the modern shell is the built in "completion" support. These facilities allow you to complete commands and their arguments easily. As usual, users use <TAB> to auto completion bash arguments, if virsh supports auto arguments completion, it will be more convenient for users, so we
need more intelligent virsh auto-completion.

In fact, our developers and external contributors have given some try but not finished now, this bug help track it.
