Description of problem:
Last Translated Sort Option does not seem to sort in correct order in the document list page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.2.2


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a project
2. Go to document list page
3. Change sort order by clicking "Last Translate"
  
Actual results:
It does not seem to be in correct order

Expected results:
It should be in correct order
