Strings in ml in authconfig

Description of problem:

"Options" and "Usage" strings are in English. The authconfig po file is 100% translated upstream.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter "authconfig" in terminal
2. Check the translations
  
Actual results:
"Options" and "Usage" strings are in English

Expected results:
"Options" and "Usage" strings must be in Malayalam
