Description of problem:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00193000 at address
0x7fbb0ac94428 (thread 0029), starting debugger...


This happens if trying to install the update of the "WISO Steuersparbuch" software, located on
http://update.buhl-finance.com/hotline/db/9/WISOSteuersoftware2013Update208261.exe

The crash happens if I call after the .exe's download:

wine  WISOSteuersoftware2013Update208261.exe

The exception appears both with wine-1.5.28 (compiled from source on my box),
but it happens too on Fedora-19 with the packages:

Trying the same under F18: The update works perfectly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the WISO software
2.Dowmload the most recent updates from http://update.buhl-finance.com/hotline/db/9/WISOSteuersoftware2013Update208261.exe

3.Run updater by "wine  WISOSteuersoftware2013Update208261.exe"

I filed already a WINE BZ (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33417), the state has been changed to "resolved as invalid".
