Description of problem:
The Summary of the procedure "Creating a Template from an Existing Virtual Machine" should contain information about the relationship between a template and the virtual machine it originated from. 

In particular, we should let people know the relationship between the virtual machine's disk and the template disk, the virtual machine NIC and template NICs, and about using the VM as a VM after creating the template.
