ASConnection current implementation uses a default keep alive timeout of 5 seconds. This value is used when the server does not send its timeout value in the "Keep-Alive" header of the response.

The default keep alive timeout should be configurable.

The changeset includes a test which shows that:
* default timeout value works for EAP configuration
* disabling connection persistence does not break communication
* too long client timeouts will break communication
