Description of problem:
Two hosts and two Storage Domains. Block connectivity from SPM host to SD from host using iptables. Reconstruct master domain is sent to the host.
After reconstruct is finished we have 1 host that is SPM and other host (with blocked connectivity) is Non-Operational. Every 5 minutes Autorecovery feature tries to bring up the host that us non-operational. It tries to connect it to Storage Server but it fails. After it fails and despite that we have working SPM autorecovery runs reconstruct. Happes over and over again.
