Ctrl-Alt-Del does not work:
Instead to logging in to a Windows 7 guest it shows "no map for 108"
Expected Behaviour: Log in dialog for Windows 7 guest.
Following Fedora 19 Packages were used:
spice-html5-0.1.2-2.fc19.noarch
firefox-24.0-1.fc19.x86_64
@Christian - hey, thanks for the bug report! I have created it as a separate bug against fedora spice-html5 as it seems to be what you are using, and this is a feature bug for adding spice support to Red Hat OpenStack. We can continue the discussion here: rhbz#1018777.

Any progress on this?
In my case, problem is that openstack-packstack does not install spice-html5 by default. I had to install it by hand, then enable SPICE support in /etc/nova/nova.conf while, at the same time, I had to disable VNC support too.
