Previously, adding large numbers of virtual machines from a template would fail with an error because large deployments exceeded the transaction timeout set by VDSM. Now, VDSM calls have been removed from the AddVm command flow and large deployments no longer exceed the transaction timeout.

verified using 3.1.5(si29)

verification steps:
1. create vm
2. create template from VM created in step 1
3. create pool of 200 VMs based on template from step 2

command completed successfully with now errors in logs.
