Description of problem:
RHEV Administrators should be able to mount an ISO image on their PCs into the guests CD-ROM, not just from the ISO store.  This is particularly useful for 'once-offs'.

Expected results:
I guess this is sort of like USB passthrough except its related to ISO images on the desktop or CDs/DVDs in the desktop drive
