Discussed at 2013-05-01 freeze exception review meeting: http://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2013-05-01/f19beta-blocker-review-2.2013-05-01-16.01.log.txt . Rejected as a freeze exception bug: there's no value in breaking freeze just to rebuild some random package that has not yet been rebuilt for F19, for whatever reason. It is not really worth reporting these bugs as 'upgrade related issues', the only 'bug' here is 'there hasn't been a successful F19 build of this package yet', which is basically https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=914557 . *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 914557 ***
