Description of problem:

Creating app using "Drupal" instant app resulted in the error 
 "cannot validate input fact: unknown validator: typecheck"

Recreating the app worked and not sure about the probability of reproducing it again.

The error message came from the mcollective library.  I was unable to reproduce the issue. Please reopen the bug if you encounter the same issue in the future.
