Description of problem:

I noticed that each time I use the power off option in the UI we see Unknown libvirterror in the vdsm logs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

sf15
vdsm-4.10.2-17.0.el6ev.x86_64

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in two hosts with iscsi storage start a vm
2. once the vm is up power off the m
3.

Actual results:

vdsm is reporting 'Unknown libvirterror: ecode: 42 edom: 10'

Expected results:

since this is a user command we should probably not log it in as ERROR and create an error code for this so it will not be reported as Unknown error
