SF17
Should I just be able to change the number of "Total Virtual CPUs"
When creating new pool from template ?

For example - I changed from 1 to 3

Comment 5 Jiri Belka 2013-05-20 14:51:33 UTC
The issue was that the value was null thus a mandatory value was blocking possibility to edit the pool. If you see same value as the original template has, and you are able to edit the pool (define prestarted number), then it's ok. Increase/decrease of total virtual cpus would be different issue if you would have any issue with this, according to my opinion.

Hi Jiri,

I cannot create a template with value NULL in "Total Virtual CPUs"
Other scenarios - Increasing/Decreasing the "Total Virtual CPUs" is impossible since this value is disabled (Greyed out)

Please advise,

Comment 7 Jiri Belka 2013-05-21 08:44:10 UTC
Originally (when the BZ was reported), the template had '1' Total Virtual CPUs. After you created a pool, the value in Pool dialog was null and greyed out.

It works correctly in sf17, means you can see same value as in original template and the textbox is greyed out. (Yes, one cannot update this value in the pool dialog, that was my false conviction.)
