Description of problem:
Instead of shutting down as advertised the system reboots

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mate-session-manager-1.6.0-1

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select SYSTEM-SHUTDOWN from menu
2. Wait 60 seconds
3. 
  
Actual results:
REBOOT

Expected results:
Shutdown

Beta Release Criteria states "All release-blocking desktops' offered mechanisms (if any) for shutting down, logging out and rebooting must work. "

As a Secondary Desktop System any release criteria for a primary system qualifies as a freeze exception case for the Secodary System.

mate-session-manager-1.6.0-2.fc19 currently in updates-testing should therefore qualify for freeze exception status to resolve this issue.
