Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 962601
CVE-2013-1675 Mozilla: Uninitialized functions in DOMSVGZoomEvent (MFSA 2013-47)
Last modified: 2014-08-25 10:20:02 EDT
Mozilla community member Ms2ger discovered that some DOMSVGZoomEvent functions are used without being properly initialized, causing unitialized memory to be used when they are called. This can lead to a potentially exploitable crash. In general these flaws cannot be exploited through email in the Thunderbird product because scripting is disabled, but are potentially a risk in browser or browser-like contexts.
