Description of problem:
Unit plymouth-quit-wait.service not working correctly.
My notebook has this bug. My Desktop hasn't bug.
Notebook: Installed Fedora 19 from DVD Beta-TC3. Without *testing*
Desktop: Installed Fedora 19 from DVD Beta-TC4. Without *testing*

Not reproduced.

of course you cannot reproduce on fresh install, it happens only after your logs get bigger ...
