Ferm 2.1.2 was released on 17 Dec 2012 at http://ferm.foo-projects.org/ Hopefully it can be updated in the EPEL repositories, like it has for the Fedora repositories already.

EPEL el6 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2020-11-30. EPEL el6 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
