I have some perfomance problems with Rekonq and I think this update can help me to solve ones..

Can you name some specifics so that others can test/reproduce?

In the meantime, unofficial f18 qtwebkit2.3.x builds are available @
http://kdeforge.unl.edu/kde-redhat/fedora/18/
in the unstable repo, so that you can test things yourself.

* should fix your issue,

Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing qtwebkit-2.3.1-1.fc18 kwebkitpart-1.3.2-2.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
