Patch that finalises dbus interface for keyboard backlight controls.

Description of problem:

January this year I added support for keyboard backlight control to mate-power-manager. Included was an incomplete interface for dbus support. This patch finalises this work.

Interface org.freedesktop.DBus.Introspectable:

Interface org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties:
 (Variant value) Get(String interface, String propname)
 void Set(String interface, String propname, Variant value)
 (Dictionary {s, v} props) GetAll(String interface)

Interface org.mate.PowerManager.KbdBacklight:
 void SetBrightness(UInt32 percentage_brightness)
 (UInt32 percentage_brightness) GetBrightness()


dbus-cli org.mate.PowerManager /org/mate/PowerManager/KbdBacklight GetBrightness
percentage_brightness = 10

Yes, I have setup my github etc to do this, but there is a build error atm in m-p-m that is preventing me from continuing (Even before I apply the patch)

If you build m-p-m-1.6.1 don't use ./autogen.sh anymore, simply use ./configure.
