Description of problem:
Following error message is displayed when booting installed system:

3. see messages on terminal or in dmesg

Actual results:
* systemd-udevd[460]: failed to execute '/usr/bin/killall' '/usr/bin/killall -SIGUSR1 osasnmpd': No such file or directory
* killall is not installed as a dependency

Expected results:
no error message
