Description of problem:
Reports give exception when opening via webadmin - BR45, BR9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.2/sf17.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rhevm+dwh+reports Local or Remote
2.create VMs
3.Open BR9 or BR45 via webadmin

Actual results:
Login page display (should be auto login {sso})
After login, reports portal gives exception

Expected results:
Should auto login & display report

This happens due to query syntax error, not related to webadmin.
One line fix. Not recreating on br45, only br9.
