1.  chown a-r  "/etc/quantum/quantum.conf"
2. /etc/init.d/quantum-linuxbridge-agent restart
3.

Actual results:
Nothing in logs
quantum-linuxbridge-agent dead but pid file exists

Something in some log

pushing to rhos 5.0, Linux bridge is low priority and we have no capacity to handle this at the moment

Linux Bridge is a low priority, and since we have no capacity to handle this issue I'm closing this bug.
