patch to avoid namespace clash with kernel

Description of problem:
There's a namespace conflist in fuse_kernel.h which bites on aarch64 builds. An upstream patch (attached) fixes the problem. There is actually a newer patch which goes further than than the attached, but it is more intrusive and not necessarily needed for fc19.

fuse-2.9.2-4.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

Package fuse-2.9.2-4.fc19:

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing fuse-2.9.2-4.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
