Actual results: accepting special characters. This product can be used internationally so we can't arbitrarily restrict postal codes to one nation's specification. I propose WONTFIX here.
I agree. I do not see point in giving arbitrary strict validation on these fields. Canada is not the only country, I would not want to limit other countries who may potentially have UTF characters in this general field. Closing as WONTFIX as Simo proposed.
