Special characters Zip code

Description of problem:
Zip code accept all type of characters.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
freeipa-server-3.2.99-0.20130604T1024Zgite31eea3.fc19.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add user
2.go to user setting then add Zip
3.

Actual results:
accepting special characters.

Expected results:
Zip field should accepts only numeric and alphanumeric(for Canada)

This product can be used internationally so we can't arbitrarily restrict postal codes to one nation's specification.

I propose WONTFIX here.

I agree. I do not see point in giving arbitrary strict validation on these fields.

Canada is not the only country, I would not want to limit other countries who may potentially have UTF characters in this general field.

Closing as WONTFIX as Simo proposed.
