Created attachment 757919 [details] Screencast of the erratic window position swapping Description of problem: gnome-shell 3.8.2 in general resizes and places windows a lot better when entering the overview mode; however, there are cases where windows which don't overlap horizontally swaps their positions on entering the overview mode which is pretty bizarre to look at. I'll attach a screencast. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): gnome-shell-3.8.2-3.fc19.x86_64 How reproducible: Every time I'm filling up windows with full height from left to right. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a full height emacs window and create another one (c-x 5 2) 2. Enter overview mode. 3. Voila Actual results: Two non-overlapping windows switch their places. Expected results: They shouldn't. Thanks a lot for the great work!
