Description of problem:
I think dashboard tabs should be at least separated by some space, when responsive skin is applied. They don't look very well. Also I suggest to place "plus" button in same line as dashboard tabs (just like in JPP skin).

Cannot reproduce in latest EPP, looks to already have been fixed.
