oo-auto-idler is a more efficient alternative to the existing idler scripts. But, it needs some explanation. Also needs a man page.

Verify this bug on puddle 1.2/2013-07-24.2, the manpage has been added, and the whitelist related content also exist in the new oo-auto-idler.
