please update directory structure inside zip

Patch:
I'm not able to deploy test application to patched eap. I'm getting:
NoClassDefFoundError: org/hibernate/internal/util/ClassLoaderHelper

this class isn't present in jar

jar seems incomplete

patched hibernate module

Rebuilt the patched module with requested changes.  Confirmed ClassLoaderHelper is in the jar -- not sure what happened with the previous build.
