Description of problem:

Let's not add to comps and enable by default unmigrated units thanks. 

Working this feels like take one step forward while taking two steps backwards

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.

Hello, iprutils have been moved to systemd units with version 2.4.4-1 in rawhide and f21. So, I'm closing this bug.
