Description of problem: Just using Cinnamon, then one of my terminals became invisible when I tried to stretch it. All dialogs were then black and all new app frames were invisible. I restarted cinnamon but this failed with an "oops" message. Twice in one day.
Happened again. Is there anywhere I can look for logs to get more information?
Our main maitainer is currently in holidays, he will come back in a week or so. Please have a little patience. But this looks like a error with mesa opengl and the intel graphic driver. #2 map_attachment at ../../../src/mesa/swrast/s_renderbuffer.c:579 #3 _swrast_map_renderbuffers at ../../../src/mesa/swrast/s_renderbuffer.c:653 #4 _swrast_render_start at ../../../src/mesa/swrast/s_context.c:896 #5 _swsetup_RenderStart at ../../../src/mesa/swrast_setup/ss_context.c:203 I noticed such errors already with other packages, ie. compiz.

If there is anything I can do to help or gather more information please just say. As it is unpredictable when this happens just let me know if I should be running with any settings that will yield more useful logs.
Happened again yesterday and again today.
Try to install kernel-3.9.9 from updates-testing or wait for kernel-3.10.0 THey did some great improvments with grapic drivers.
I am currently using 3.9.6-200.fc18.x86_64 so I will investigate an upgrade and let you know what happens.
I have to report that upgrading the kernel has not worked. I have been using all of the latest kernels for the last three weeks (3.9.9, 3.9.10 and 3.9.11) but still get this problem regularly. The kernel I am currently using is 3.9.11-200.fc18.x86_64
This message is a reminder that Fedora 18 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 18. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '18'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 18's end of life. Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Fedora 18 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 18's end of life. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete.
Fedora 18 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2014-01-14. Fedora 18 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this bug. Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
