Steps to Recreate the problem
1. Start F19 installation using vnc.
2. Select DASDs for installation.
3. Go to Software Selection screen
4. Select KDE plasma Workspaces option.
Actual: Error checking software dependencies

bluedevil's missing dependencies on s390x include:
I'll go out on a limb and venture bluedevil.spec should add:
ExcludeArch: s390 s390x
to match obexd/pulseaudio
bluedevil-1.3-3.fc19,libbluedevil-1.9.2-4.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

Update it with:
