Rebase to the latest cqrlog upstream (v1.5.6)

Description of problem:
I'm currently running cqrlog-1.5.4-1.fc19.x86_64 and there is a bug I'm hitting which has been since fixed upstream. Can we please rebase to v1.5.6 (or later)?

Steps to Reproduce:
Working on this now. Going to version 1.5.8.
cqrlog-1.5.8-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
cqrlog-1.5.8-1.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
Try -2 instead.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing cqrlog-1.5.8-2.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
