Red Hat Bugzilla 864616 0 urgent CLOSED RFE: Support setting of entities from Content Specification 2021-02-22 00:41:40 UTC

Internal Links: 864616

Description Lee Newson 2013-06-20 02:16:54 UTC
Currently the entities that are generated from the csprocessor are just plain text. However the template for both the JBoss and RedHat brand assumes that they are ulinks. This causes the Feedback section to say something like: "The following link will take you to a pre-filled bug report for this product: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/." when there in fact is no link.

Comment 1 Lee Newson 2013-06-20 02:29:19 UTC
This could vary, depending on the brand used. For example the JBoss brand assumes that the BZURL entity has the link, while the RedHat brand does things rather strangely and assumes the PRODUCT entity to contain the link.

Comment 2 Lee Newson 2013-06-26 03:05:24 UTC
Closing this as CANTFIX, because there is no consistency between the use of entities in the Publican templates, so a ulink can't be generated without making custom rules on a per brand basis.
