Description of problem:
The foreman installer uses a reference to an openstack host's nic rather than its own secondary interface when creating a subnet.  This causes subnet creation to fail.

How reproducible:
If the nic name on the openstack host differs from the one used as the secondary host on the foreman installer (very likely).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Run foreman_server.sh where PRIVATE_INTERFACE is not an active network interface.

Actual results:
The OpenStack default subnets and provisioning templates fail to get installed due to a ruby stack trace.

Expected results:
No failures after installing.

After adding --verbose and --trace to the rake task, here is the line that causes the error in foreman_server.sh.
