File README-winsdk.txt" contains a link to non existing web page

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unpack the .zip package.
2. Open the "~/README-winsdk.txt" file.
3. Go to row 85 and try to get the address into address line of some internet browser (f.e. Mozilla Firefox).

Actual results:
The page is not found (return code 404).

Expected results:
The link should target to the existing and correct web page.

Since the wiki-to-html transform is out of action, we should generally switch to using the wiki directly:

  https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/qpid/qpid+management+framework

The link suggested in Comment 1 is "Not Found".

Using http://qpid.apache.org/components/qmf/index.html

is upstream commit r1509311

Links in the README-winsdk.txt" file were updated and are current now. 

Verified on packages qpid-cpp-win-3.22.19.1-1 - all variants:

- qpid-cpp-x86-VS2008-3.22.19.1.zip
