Description of problem: Upstream tarball contains several files with unclear licensing. For example following font: examples/fo/advanced/K3.TTF From K3.README: "The K3 3 of 9 barcode font is available from: http://www.geocities.com/keith_dimmock/ Keith Dimmock states: Unless otherwise indicated all downloads are FREE, no cost and no nag screens." I really can't tell whether we can redistribute this font in SRPM or not. Another example: test/java/org/apache/fop/fonts/type1/AdobeStandardEncoding.txt This Unicode license is unknown to Fedora. Luckily, we don't need any of these files. So I would suggest to clean the tarball and rebuild the package.
Created attachment 764527 [details] patch Clean tarball is already in lookaside cache. Please consider applying this patch and rebuilding the package. Thanks.
The patch looks fine. In future please use archive.apache.org instead of www.apache.org.
I will commit the patch if you update the spec to current packaging guidelines and use archive.apache.org instead of www.apache.org.

Fixed in fop-1.1-2
I believe that this bug is fixed in fop-1.1-2, which is available in Fedora Rawhide, so I am closing this bug now. The build containing the fix can be found at Koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=429102
