Description of problem:

The Load 25 More for Errata doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The assumption is that you have erratum content available to a system
2. Either select an individual system or a system group and select the errata section; you should see the first 25 erratum that applies to your system(s)
3. Click the Load 25 More link

Actual results:

No extra data gets loaded into the ui

Looks like no calls are being made when you click on Load 25 More

All errata are now shown for both systems and system groups, thus there is no longer a 'show more 25 link'.

Currently this functionality is broken due to new pulp errata applicability api.  Once this Pr is merged the functionality should now work, but all errata are shown, not just ~25.
