Description of problem: If I use Edit as New Message on a message I sent before (they are all plain text - haven't tried any other format), the message being composed contains the following, which should not be there: - a starting empty line - duplicate of the signature I think this actually started with the previous version of Gnome (I was just too lazy to file a bug). Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): evolution-3.8.3-1.fc19.x86_64 How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send (plain text?) message. 2. Pick Edit as New Message. Actual results: Extra artefacts in the message. Expected results: No leading empty line and only one signature. Additional info:
Thanks for a bug report. It doesn't sound like a Fedora related problem, thus I move this upstream. I found a similar upstream bug report [1], thus let's move there. See [1] for any further updates. [1] https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=687914
