Description of problem:
The perl-Image-Size does not build on rawhide, also the rebase of this package would be great.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-Image-Size-3.2-11.fc20

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to rebuild

Actual results:
Build fail on check - pod test.

Expected results:
Build pass.

Additional info:
The latest upstream version do not run this test in check.

I've updated the package to 3.232 and cleaned it up a little.
It now builds just fine.
