From Bugzilla Helper:

A variable named UPSD_OPTIONS should be added to /etc/sysconfig/ups to that
command line options can be specified for upsd which is started

bind to is especially handy. -i 127.0.0.1 might even be considered as a default
value for this variable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nut-1.2.0-6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Not applicable.
