Description of problem: - mate-dictionary didn't start without mate-utils main package. - mate-dictionary applet didn't work without mate-utils main package. Those files have to add to mate-dictionary subpackage. %{_bindir}/mate-dictionary %{_datadir}/dbus-1/services/org.mate.panel.applet.DictionaryAppletFactory.service There are also other errors in spec file, i will rebuild the package.
