Description of problem:
e2fsprogs-1.42.8-1.fc20 fails to build on PPC (32bit), but succeeds on PPC64:

./scripts/resize_test: line 93: dumpe2fs: command not found
r_1024_small_bg: ext2 1024 blocksize with small block groups: failed
f_miss_blk_bmap: missing block bitmap: ok

Yep, hit this on rhel7 builds too.  Sent patch to list, awaiting review & merge.

Actually almost every newly-added resize2fs test is failing.  For now I'm just disabling them, as the fixes are not obvious, and the failures are not regressions (they are simply new tests finding old bugs).
